How much does it cost to move within Snowmass Village, Colorado?
Moving costs in Snowmass Village depend on home size, distance, and access challenges. We provide free binding estimates with no hidden fees for stairs, long carries, or mountain road access — you'll know your exact cost upfront. Resort properties often require coordination with HOAs for loading dock access and elevator reservations.
What's the best time of year to move in or out of Snowmass Village?
Late April through mid-May and October through mid-November offer best rates and availability. Ski season (December-March) creates blackouts at most resort properties. Summer is busy with festivals and events at Fanny Hill. Independence Pass (to Leadville) closes mid-November through late May, affecting some routes.
Can you move to Snowmass Village's ski-in/ski-out condos and Base Village?
Yes, we regularly move into Base Village, Crestwood, Snowmass Mountain Condos, Timberline, and Capitol Peak Lodge. Each has specific loading procedures, elevator reservations, and insurance requirements. We coordinate with Aspen Skiing Company and property management for seamless access.
How do you handle moves between Snowmass Village and Aspen?
Snowmass and Aspen are just 15 minutes apart via Brush Creek Road. We move between them daily. Both communities have strict HOA requirements and loading restrictions — we know them all. For moves from the Front Range, we route through Glenwood Springs, not Independence Pass.
Do you offer fine art and wine cellar moving in Snowmass Village?
Absolutely. Snowmass homes often have significant art collections and climate-controlled wine storage. We provide custom crating, climate-controlled transport, and white-glove installation. Our crew includes certified art handlers experienced with galleries and private collections in the Aspen-Snowmass area.
What ZIP codes do you serve in the Snowmass Village area?
We serve ZIP 81615 (Snowmass Village and Snowmass), 81611-81612 (Aspen), 81623 (Carbondale), and 81621 (Basalt). We also cover Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, and the Roaring Fork Valley from Glenwood Springs to Aspen.

Fantastic customer service…Dominic and Tommy arrived early to facilitate a move from Breck to Highlands Ranch. They were very efficient and respectful. Far exceeded my expectations!

Guys had a positive attitude and really tried to make my day! I used this company before and they didn't try to nickel and dime me like other companies.

My crew was awesome! And Josh was so easy to work with. Answered questions day and night, very responsive, and was in communication throughout. The 2 guys who moved me did a great job navigating three small spaces. They worked really hard and quickly. Best of all, my price came in hundreds lower than the estimate. I would highly recommend them!

They were so polite and did a great job! We had a really difficult move (lots of stuff in 2 houses). These guys were great! They worked nonstop. We have moved A LOT and these were the best movers we've ever had.

I don't leave many reviews because I just get inundated with the request but majestic movers did a fantastic job. We are moving from a Beavercreek townhome to a Winter Park house. The team packed up the whole townhome and moved us into the Winter Park house. There was a team of three, they were so polite asked questions very respectful of the house, which I appreciated. We are a shoe free house and they accommodated that!! Things were so well packed, (I mean really well) everything came out in one piece. The movers were so helpful. A great bunch of guys that we are grateful to. I hope never to move again but would certainly use their services without thinking twice..

We had 2 moves in 2 days. Essentially downsizing and had to move things to Tabernash and Golden. Service was excellent. Young men were so polite. Timely. Excellent communication. I will use them again and I recommend them highly.
