Unlike traditional self-storage where you rent a unit and handle everything yourself, our full-service storage means we do all the work. Your items are picked up, professionally pad-wrapped, inventoried, and stored securely in our insulated facility.
This is not climate-controlled storage with 24/7 access. This is professional, secure storage designed for people who want their belongings protected and handled with care - perfect for long-term storage where you do not need frequent access.

Insulated Protection for Mountain Conditions
Silverthorne temperatures can swing sharply between sunny afternoons and freezing nights. Our insulated building moderates those rapid changes and keeps household goods out of snow, wind, and direct moisture. Furniture stays pad-wrapped while in storage, and boxed goods remain organized as part of your recorded inventory.
The facility is insulated, but it is not a mechanically climate-controlled space with a guaranteed temperature or humidity range. That distinction matters for wine, fine art, sensitive electronics, and other items that require tightly regulated conditions. Tell us about sensitive belongings during your estimate so we can recommend appropriate handling rather than placing them in unsuitable storage.
Security and Managed Access
This is a closed, full-service facility rather than a public self-storage property. Customers do not circulate through storage areas or hold keys to individual units. Limiting entry reduces unnecessary traffic around stored furniture and gives our team control over every pickup and return.
When you need an item, contact us to schedule an appointment. We use your inventory to locate it, retrieve it, and arrange pickup or delivery. Appointment access is best for belongings you do not need every week, and it avoids moving through stacked goods on your own.
How the Pricing Model Works
Instead of paying for a fixed 10-by-10 or 10-by-20 unit whether you fill it or not, storage is estimated by the cubic volume your shipment actually occupies. A walkthrough or item list helps us estimate that volume before pickup.
Your quote separates recurring storage from labor or transportation needed for pickup, retrieval, and final delivery. The amount changes with shipment volume and service needs, so we provide a written estimate rather than advertising a one-size-fits-all unit rate.
Bundle Your Move and Storage
When closing dates do not line up, one crew can load your home, place the shipment into managed storage, and deliver it when the new property is ready. A move-and-store bundle keeps the inventory and handling plan with one company instead of transferring responsibility between a mover and a separate storage operator.

“I don't leave many reviews because I just get inundated with the request but majestic movers did a fantastic job. We are moving from a Beavercreek townhome to a Winter Park house. The team packed up the whole townhome and moved us into the Winter Park house. There was a team of three, they were so polite asked questions very respectful of the house, which I appreciated. We are a shoe free house and they accommodated that!! Things were so well packed, (I mean really well) everything came out in one piece. The movers were so helpful. A great bunch of guys that we are grateful to. I hope never to move again but would certainly use their services without thinking twice..”
