Agreement to Terms
By using Majestic Mountain Movers' services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Moving Services
Majestic Mountain Movers provides residential and commercial moving services throughout Colorado. Our services include:
- Local and long-distance moving
- Interstate moving (USDOT No. 3225248)
- Packing and unpacking services
- Storage services
- Specialty item moving (pianos, safes, etc.)
- Junk removal
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing may differ if actual conditions differ from what was described. Local and long-distance moves within Colorado are charged hourly. Interstate moves are priced by the truckload with guaranteed pricing.
Deposits and Payment
A 50% fully refundable deposit is required to secure your moving date. The deposit is applied to your final bill. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are fully refundable with adequate notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.
Liability and Insurance
Majestic Mountain Movers is fully licensed (Colorado PUC No. HHG-00576) and insured. We offer valuation coverage options for your belongings. Details of coverage will be discussed and documented before your move.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about items to be moved
- Ensuring access to both pickup and delivery locations
- Securing valuables, medications, and important documents personally
- Disclosing any access challenges (stairs, elevators, parking restrictions)
- Being present or having a representative present during the move
Prohibited Items
We cannot transport hazardous materials, perishables, or illegal items. Please discuss any questionable items with us before your move.
